During the 2018 Sterling Annual Town Meeting, in order to sell Article 27–

to the voters present, Select Board members Cranson and Kilcoyne promised that the new ‘Town Planner’ position would terminate once the new Town of Sterling Master Plan was completed. Article 27 then passed. A few months later they hired Domenica Tatasciore to fill that spot and used her as their all-purpose ‘Gofer.’ By the time she bailed out in autumn 2021–a blessed relief to Sterling taxpayers– she had been paid approximately $225,000 over three years, not counting benefits, and the new Master Plan was not yet complete. Here in Massachusetts Town Master Plans are completed by other towns in nine (9) to twenty-four (24) months. Domenica Tatasciore was, therefore, a Cranson and Kilcoyne-approved grifter at Sterling taxpayer expense.
For all practical purposes the new Sterling Master Plan is now complete, yet Cranson and Kilcoyne want to hire yet ANOTHER ‘Gofer’/Fake ‘Town Planner’– https://www.sterling-ma.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif1266/f/agendas/2022_2_2_agenda.pdf
They enjoy wasting your tax dollars in order to expand their Municipal Building fiefdom of rump swabs.
Cranson and Kilcoyne head up a bent cabal of local-real estate-developer-A$$-Kissing-Town board members/officials. Local developers are doing the ‘Town Planning’ now. Developer-promoted and crony-crafted 2021 Sterling Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles 46, 47, and 48 are proof of that.
The only thing a new Sterling ‘Town Planner’ will have to do is figure out novel ways to stick his/her thumbs up his/her A$$ inside the Municipal Building each morning.
