BALLOT INITIATIVE PETITION TO REPEAL SO-CALLED ‘MBTA MULTI-FAMILY ZONING DISTRICTS’ WILL GO FORWARD FOR SIGNATURE COLLECTION

On 3 September 2025 Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea ‘Kamala Smarts’ Campbell ruled that a proposed 2026 ballot question to repeal Mass.Gen.Laws Ch. 40A, Section 3A, the absolutely asinine ‘MBTA Multi-Family Zoning Districts’ statute, is Constitutional and that its proponents may move forward collecting signatures in order to get it on the 2026 state-wide ballot.

Volunteers will be needed across Massachusetts to collect the requisite number of supporter signatures.
