Well Folks, the VERY INTELLIGENT TOWN OF CARVER SPECIAL TOWN MEETING VOTERS, on 8 October 2025, voted to reject COMPLETELY BOGUS SO-CALLED ‘MBTA ZONING’—OVERWHELMINGLY!

A couple key excerpts:

“Carver’s lack of infrastructure makes it really impossible for this to go forward,” state Rep. John Gaskey (R-Carver) said at a July hearing.

State Sen. Kelly Dooner (R-Taunton), who has opposed requiring towns like Carver to comply with MBTA law, said she didn’t believe this [a lawsuit by AG Andrea ‘Kamala Smarts’ Campbell] would happen.

“We have not received any knowledge of the state coming in and mandating…as far as if you’re voting it down, we have not been informed, to our knowledge, that the state will come in and mandate the zoning themselves,” Dooner said.

NOTE that Carver is represented by down-to-earth truth-telling REPUBLICANS in the State Legislature.

Sterling, on the other hand, is represented by its home-grown DemocRAT PARTY HACK LEMMING, State Representative Meghan Kilcoyne, who wouldn’t recognize truth, independence, initiative, or local sovereignty if they bit her in the ass.

REMINDER: Massachusetts’ highest court, the Supreme Judicial Court, interpreting Mass.Gen.Laws Ch. 40A, Section 3A, the statute in issue, in its January 8, 2025 Attorney General vs. Town of Milton decision, TWICE affirmed that so-called “MBTA Multi-Family Zoning Districts” MUST BE WITHIN 1/2 MILE OF AN MBTA TRAIN STATION, BUS STATION, FERRY TERMINAL, OR SUBWAY STATION.
