Lisa Mair: A Track Record of Courage & Leadership

Do you remember the darkest days of 2020-21? When you were obligated to wait for the approval of government officials to do things like run your business, make your own medical decisions or even go grocery shopping?   When the darkness seemed most powerful, Lisa Mair pushed back.   As we sit in the aftermath of Anthony Fauci’s disgraceful non-testimony and the damning revelations in his own diaries, it’s worth remembering that most public officials either caved in to fear or openly fanned its flames and promoted doing so as evidence of their virtue.   While others were grandstanding, Lisa Mair was knocking on doors to promote the rights of ordinary citizens and eventually co-hosting Health Freedom Radio on WCRN. Today, Lisa is running to be State Representative right here in Worcester’s 12th District.   The issues that dominated 2020-21 may have receded, but the fundamental questions behind them remain. And the biggest question is this:    Should legislators who have been proven historically wrong on a matter of serious importance continue to be trusted with managing the business of our great state?   Unfortunately, we don’t have to look back five years—or even five months—to find more evidence that the answer to that question is a resounding no. For example…   Just this past summer, the State Legislature passed a bloated state budget that prioritized illegals over local aid and ordinary citizens.Within recent weeks, a State Legislature that has no time to give regular people tax relief did find time to make abortion is legal all the way up to birth—a position so extreme that most rank-and-file Democrats consistently reject it. Sadly, their legislators did not.A Legislature that can’t find time to work on legislation that will make it easier to do business in Massachusetts, does find time to worry about the vaccination status of children in private schools.   The lesson of the past several years is that even getting the biggest issues spectacularly wrong doesn’t humble incumbent politicians. It only makes them double down on hubris.   Clearly, the only way to stop it is to send them a powerful message at the ballot box.   Massachusetts faces major problems. We need to solve an illegals crisis, strengthen our schools, address the affordability crisis, and make our state economically competitive again. We need legislators who will lead, not just follow. We need legislators who have the courage of their convictions, even in the darkest of times.   We know Lisa Mair can lead. We know she has the courage of her convictions. We know this because it’s already been demonstrated. Now it’s time to see it in the State Legislature.   Can you help us get the message out? Being an ordinary citizen candidate means that elite donors don’t line up behind you. We don’t need to match our opposition dollar-for-dollar, but we do need help in letting more people know about Lisa’s track record of leadership, courage and her comprehensive grasp of the issues Massachusetts faces.
